The room was lovely, with a humungous comfy bed and even a roll-top bath! Wi-Fi was lightning fast, great coffee in the room, and they had a wonderful outside area for relaxing.

I had a wonderful time staying in a spacious Deluxe Double Room with a lovely view overlooking the square. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast options, including freshly baked pastries and local ingredients. the dining experience could be improved as my dinner was not up to par with my expectations.

The room in need of TLC, with peeling paint and a lack of cleanliness that could deter even the most carefree travelers. Ventilation issues left the space dark and stuffy, sleeping next to the stairwell meant frequent disturbances. breakfast options failed to accommodate dietary restrictions, leading to unexpected inconveniences.

Had an amazing stay where I enjoyed the gorgeous slipper bath and a spacious room that made everything so relaxing. The bar was a great spot to unwind, and I loved the cozy atmosphere for dinner. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a bit of upkeep, but it didn’t spoil my experience at all! 😊

I enjoyed staying in a cozy room with crisp sheets, and its central location made it easy to stroll to the stunning Church of St John the Baptist just a few steps away, as well as the scenic Cheddar Reservoir, which added the perfect touch to my weekend getaway explorations.

we had a lovely stay at the oak house. the deluxe double room was spacious with a great view over the square. breakfast was decent, and we really appreciated the free parking nearby. staff were super accommodating. it’s close to cheddar gorge, too!

This place suits me perfectly, providing wi-fi, a flat-screen tv, and an electric kettle. The staff were incredibly kind to my elderly parents during our first stay, which I remember fondly. I'll be back for Easter!
